Please note, that because of the international practice and for complying with regulations in the Maritime industry our objective is aimed to facilitate safe plus profitable world trade in our innovated and tested discovery, so to bring its impressive advantages to all boats and ship owners — the wisdom is also aimed for the positive results in overcoming any obstacles to yet new maritime technology developers seeking to protect their intellectual property through patents. This will be accomplished by Pre-Patent Pre-Partnering collaboration between the innovation company and its major corporate partner in the industry.

Why are we employing better global wisdom?

Because on the other side, the intention of the lawmakers is that national patent rights should not hinder international trade or travel, and courts have chosen to interpret the laws so too generally not allowed the enforcement of patent rights against foreign ships. This option can be effective for our inventions and advanced design, where major components or our services are supplied at the shipyard, such as the new hull design, and additional specialized Fins as in our add-on technology which more than meeting the near future emissions legislation, because our innovations are more than achieve reductions in resistance to hull-speed, increases energy efficiency, and advance performance plus safety.
