The reason this proposal is futuristic is the limited vision and comprehension of individuals and corporations still thinking in the past while employing newer technologies for reaching goals in the same old ways we know had not served us well.
The fact that the PrePatent-PrePartnering proposal has not captured the wisdom of inventors, investors and dedicated economic-development plus patent institutions is keeping the global economy running like it was before the wars and in more civilized ways because of the risks of the next real world war.
We keep our forward thinking, and are winning as a very small corporation with special valued know-how we shall keep and may not share with all who are not evolved as we are.
