The Global Taxation Treaty of yet new commercial products, services and capabilities incorporated into revenue producing companies which are Local, Regional, National and International traders in the future or present and past taxation years.

The core of this yet new thinking, is the nature of developing an idea or wish into a productive company which is the owner of the resulted products and services it has developed.
Some ideas can be market ready in very short time yet most do take a long and longer time to be market-ready from the time the original discovery or concept had come to mind of its discoverer or inventor or founder of the initial start-up company.

We think that taxation policy and in practice, should comply to this natural healthy process and not to the interests of greedy taxation of new income without “earning taxation rights” by recognizing the original investments over time such as “sweat equity” plus capital invested in a project during its lifetime according to its reported progress — without potential abuse of such yet new taxation benefits due to investors in start-ups prior to entering the markets. The realistic recognition of the actual process of innovation by yet small and unknown trading companies as well as large well known trading companies, is what we are asking for, and not the politically set ones now in place and use by most trading nations.

The recorded Taxation Credits a project earns, can serve Investors in the project, in a trading world where the patent rights are of no real known value; meaning, having a Professional Certification of A Doctor does not indicate the value of The Clinic she/he may be able to develop, so a real value of an invention is only known after it has been introduced into the markets after few years of initial marketing which by then has called of large investment Taxation does not yet recognize as investment in National Economic Growth.
