The concept of Pre-Patent—pre-partner is related to protection of yet new patentable-art by registering the resulted commercial project for automated-silent-auction.
A merging new company (start-up) is not as strong as needed in the cataclysmic global markets dominated by existing major vendors, and the best interests of yet new patentable products and services plus capabilities can not be served in a hostile competitive selfish and greedy trading economy. For a yet new and small incorporation or inventor, history shows 94%-to-98% chances of loosing the investment in developing and sharing the new invention, its resulted product, service and benefits, just because funding was not found within the available market opening or over the patent period time.
This discussion is about the yet new option we are employing, because we are very small company with very important advanced inventions with vast market value, only if we find our needed suitable partners…
