One of the more important issues for an inventor, is the recognition of the invested sweat-equity in the project, which is documented within the corporate or private records of the company.
Unfortunately, most Taxation Policies do not recognize such investment, unless it is set as legitimate expenses against earnings from the company, which is only applicable to companies which have revenues the Taxation Authority recognize as legitimate, which can cost the Nation the Taxation Rights, in cases of wiser global inventors employing our more honourable and fair but realistic approach to Global Taxation Rights, where a real investment in time, work, expenses are invested in the project without income from the project as it is in pre-startup and private personal corporate developments.

A wise investor, will be willing to recognize the development costs a founder is presenting, providing these are reasonable and justified as well as being real expenses and developmental costs. An unwise investor, will stay with Taxation benefits a Government grants her/him/them and will lose the trust and goodwill of the founders, as these sweat-equity costs are real in all cases, and no one is expected to work for nothing or give away a lot, without recognition or compensation. Unfortunately the market pressure do work on founders, and too many are willing to overlook and surrender to the claims and statements Government and Investors make as to these neglected original initial development costs of any new idea into an invention, a prototype tested and developed into a product with an attractive business-plan for the initial outside investment.

The earning of taxation Rights, is the wisdom we employ in our claim against such enforced looses, by reserving the selection of optional taxation offshore or in another country where we shall choose to produce and sell the product and service, because our Government did and does not recognize our investment in new economic growth resulted from our personal, financial sacrifices in developing the new commercial revenue production company instead of buying ourselves new cars, yachts and new homes or just spend it on our children and/or travel anywhere in the world we want.

By recognizing the registered legitimate sweat-equity in any new incorporated economic development company, any wiser nation can benefit by following our proposal as in our method, by adopting and granting these legitimate rights.
