The USAPTO has published its last reporting on itself, and here you can see records for the years 1993-2016.
These records themselves has tripled in size during these years, costs has gone up, and the service is much less accountable to its original mandate of cultivating new original national and international economic development by small entities.
Yes, it has become of real value only to Global Conglomerates.
