Investment in a potential Commercial Project, starts with its founder invested time and capital in researching the market value of the concept, idea, findings, solution, risks, benefits, viability, and practicality (Many inventions registered each year, even in our time, are simply impractical and or simply hilarious or ridiculous) and as the initial founder of a new business development, the second founding support comes from the trust of the first outside investor in the proposed commercial project.
The Investor is the first wise person to see the opportunity the inventor/founder see, and grants more then moral support to the project which needs more initial funding in its incubation phase.
We here see the Inventor as The Mother of the invention and the Investor as The Father of the invention, where both are like parents to The Brain Child. This model works well, when we look at partnering and taking pride in what we created — so it is important the Investor has a good understanding or background and experience in the industry or new art and that the Investor does love the opportunity and is in position to help it grow, and not only have the needed money on the best or ideal terms one can get from the needy Inventor.
